Dead Church No prayer ( Prayer Writeing)

Rod was a visitor to America , He had seen there was a prayer meeting on Sunday morning so he decided to go. As he walked into the prayer room, it was 9am, as he enter he saw the couch and chairs empty, the room was still and silent he knelt down to pray, when a girl walked in who’s name was Grace. He was amazed that no else had come to the prayer meeting. After they had prayed for hours. He lifted his head and ask in astonishment where is everyone? Grace lower her head, the prayer meeting have been dead for some time now. He said "don’t they know " if people are not praying they are straying" If prayer is not paramount and prominent then we are paralyzed and powerlessness."Grace look up, I know, I have spoke of such things but they are asleep, unaware of their self efforts and striving to accomplish their tasks in human strength which accomplish nothing, it is only the spirit that brings life. Because we fail to put prayer first in our ministries. This tragedy has spread through out the whole Body. Our value for prayer is diminishing, as we fail to grip the power of prayer and how it is a necessity for life and for the min... Rod, said , If only they realized and understood that the " Body of God is a praying Body" It was founded on prayer, carry through with prayer, and grown by prayer. So how do we accept to grow to reach out and have thousand saved with the greatest work missing. How does a Man accept to build a strong house without a strong foundation? Don’t they see prayer is the foundation to all the work wOur leaders, have claimed that prayer is most important, yet they don’t make the sacrifice to come and pray. If only they would see that their presence crucial for the churche do in ministry. Grace deeply moved, said in lower voice, like I said our prayer meeting are "dead or they are dying, our attitude to prayer we tell God that we that what was began in sprit we can finish in the flesh".

. We often waste our time in meaningless chatter, but then grabble about having to spend more then 15 min in prayer. We are so concerned about having planing meeting, trying to figure out how and what to do, instead we should spend more asking the one who knows the best ways. We want fellowship, but not unity in prayer. We want a prayer ministry, but aren’t willing to go. We are willing to open in prayer, but not continue in a season of prayer. Rod said with urgency. Grace! ""Today we are living in desperate times, and yet the church is not desperate before God in prayer,"" Keep praying they will see the great urgency for the lost and dying, and for the hunger for God’s kingdom to come. May God capture their hearts to be " radically devoted to God, hearts that plea and cry out to God, those who really are hunger for God. You are right, what time of war we are in, I don’t think we see the severity of the battle Grace said
Where I come from, there were men who walked 3 hours to go the prayer that were each Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Even though they knew they could pray alone, they were determined to pray together. They believed that corporate prayer could accomplish more, for when two or more are together He is in their mist. There strong confidence in Christ faithfulness to answer, drove them make these radically sacrifice to go and pray. These men also struggled with pray, as one said I use to bored within 5 mins, but now I pray for hours. It wasn’t until God poured a spirt of prayer on them, that were able to pray for 6-8 hours. Other men wake at 4 am each morning to began to pray. Other man, came and started confessing their sins, as they poured out their hearts God began to work mighty. There was man who prayers were so extreme you thought he was going brust. After that many come and confess there hearts before the lord. What started with only 3 men, soon grow to 30, then 300, then 3,000. It was unbelievable to have so many praying, we saw thousands to come to the Lord. The Lord had pour out a spirt of prayer on them. WOW, Grace said are you really telling a true story, 3,000 people came and prayed. And it started so small, with a few men who saw the need of prayer. and how they had honest hearts before God, it reminds of the verse in James 5:16 If you
Do I dear pray such a prayer for our church. Rod can it happen in America? Do think God can wake our dead church , stirring our hearts to prayer? Do you think our prayer meeting could be a live again? We have be come to comfortable and ok with our dead prayer meeting. Dear child, Rod said. With man it is impossible but with God anything is possible.

" if we are moved by our prayers how do we expect them to move God. Our master her in earth had strong crying and tears should we not have praying that is anything less? Oh for a resurrection of fervent praying that is owned by God. Loud crying. Grace began to weep. I have
I have ask God often to make us a church that loves to pray. My heart is broken torn and ripped inside at our lack, My bones burn as they are on fire. May my prayers be bold and strong. May our best time be in communion with God, may not give Him left overs.

Rod put his arm around grace, dear beloved " No man can do a great and enduring work for God who is not a man of prayer, and no man can be a man of prayer who does not give such time in praying" Must pray they see that to be effectually you must pray a great deal. Pray we will be prayer warriors." If we dear to say we want God to get the greatest glory then we must be on our knees. Through our faithful and diligent prayers come answers to which honor and glorify His wonderful and glories name. Rod stood up, It time I go, it was now 6pm at night, but don’t give up, keep asking seeking and pleeing and God will answer, and God will pour out His spirt for your church just as did for ours. I forgot to mention I was one of the men who walked 3 hours to pray.

I know God can change our dead heart to prayer, and bring life were there is death. Don’t despise small beginning God can use 3 to start something huge. Grace said thank you for coming and praying, and for encouraging me. I often felt discourage and wanted to give up because of the lack people. It upset and made me mad, but now it just makes me weep. How I long that we might want to pray. My heart is in great agony that our prayer meeting are dead. I can’t bear to think what we are missing all because we don’t go to God in prayer. What infinite possibility if we have when we pray. Thank you for reminding that God can wake up our hearts and makes us truly alive again. Rod handed her a book. Here take this, in big red letters "what begins a revile" It looks good Grace said "I will read it, as she open it, the first chapter Prayer. Rod thanks will I see you again? No I am just passing through. Grace stood motionless as he left, as look back at the pages of the book, she sat there pondering all that was said.
She thought can America change, can my church change, can I change? She knelt down on her knees. Father I believe I believe please Began to work in one heart at a time, giving each one a spirit of prayer, revive us and make us new.
